Die Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme und den Einlass ist für Reseller Partner ein aktueller beidseitig unterzeichneter Vertriebsrahmenvertrag mit Auerswald. What should I bear in mind when taking part in an online seminar?

We use Microsoft Teams for the live broadcast of an online seminar. We recommend that you use the Microsoft Teams "Desktop-App". Alternatively, please use the Google Chrome browser. It is essential to enter the name that was also used for participant registration.

Which functions are available during participation in an online seminar?

You can ask us questions in writing via the "chat function".

We allow questions via audio transmission after being prompted by the moderator/lecturer (please use the "raise hand" function for this).

We ask that you "mute" yourself if you do not ask an audio question.

Show respect in your interactions with each other.

What happens during a qualification seminar?

After a qualification seminar, you will receive an email with a link to an online test. You can take this test once within 14 days. If you answer at least 70% of the questions correctly, you will receive a certificate for your qualification. Exceptions to this are the qualification seminar Level 1, Level 2, as well as online seminars on special topics, here you will receive a certificate of participation without a test.

Can I watch the online seminar again afterwards?

The online seminars are not recorded. It is not permitted to record the non-public spoken word of others without authorisation.

Note on the Level 1 and 2 online seminar

When participating in a Level 1 or a Level 2 online seminar, you need a second monitor in order to be able to work simultaneously on the Auerswald simulation server.
